this week has been really tough! stuck to the diet well through the week. my friend took me out at the weekend and i ended up drinking two blue wkds, and a bottle of reef! i'm surprised i havent gone into a sugar coma! lol i haven't checked to see if i'm still in ketosis! it would be far to depressing! I'm glad though that i havent put any weight on, that is a bonus!
I injured my back at work on thursady, so have been unable to go on the treadmill at all so far since then! i'm really gutted and feel like i'm putting weight on just by sitting around! i'm sure everything will be fine! i'm being extra careful about what i eat this week instead! chin up!

Well - I have no idea what a reef is or a blue wkd is (laughing) but I bet they are good. Dont be afraid to check on ketosis. You have probably burned them off by now. Sorry about your back. Better luck next week. If those things you drank are alcohol remember you can have wiskey or vodka. I like to drink Vodka with diet sprite. If you like wiskey you could do Crown Royal & diet coke. Just some safer alternatives. Good Luck!
