Pfffg - accidentally deleted my weigh in this morning. Anyway - it was up a bit this morning because I was visited by the snack-attack last night. But now I'm down again (fasted 16 hours) ... Proves - what the scale shows you ain't nothin' but a number... we fluctuate all day.. it's consistency over time that shows results.
