Sad about it. Not sure if it’s bc I’m drinking protein shakes after my workouts or what. I don’t want to gain.... it sure WHY I’m even GAINING DAMN WEIGHT! Felt defeated yesterday so I didn’t go to the gym but I’ll be back in there today!
