Ok, need to be strict about the diet again. Wife's on a trip and I went crazy over the past few days. I was much better yesterday but not as good as I should have been about food choices and portions... I mean really, a whole Chipotle burrito bowl!? Should have been 1/2 and the other half for today... at least I did not eat the chips and guac.

PS I ate 1/2 carton of reduced fat I've cream the first night she was gone... need to deal with emotions better
