A new low record for the year! I haven't weighed this low since May 2016. Only 1 pound to go for the next milestone which is the weight at which my current suits were tailored. By July, I expect that I will have to tailor them again due to weight loss. That will be a great feeling. I did eat within the calorie budget and thanks to yardwork, my movement minutes were way up. 😁
