So close to that next milestone (285). I feel good today! I ate fast-food yesterday and still stayed within the calorie budget and not below it. Right now, I am projected to have lost 30 pounds for the year by the first week of May. That would be a 10% loss 😁 That would also mean that I would have gotten to the milestone of being within 100 pounds of my goal weight. Go, go, go!
