Hey everyone. SO I finished 10 days of the master cleanse and enjoyed eating this weekend. I definitely have a different relationship with food now so I ate really healthy. However, I have decided to go back on the cleanse for another week. We will see how it goes. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Okay...your are ONE strong person....another week your going to do? Wow! More power to you! Glad the move went smooth! my daughter place too had stairs....she lived on the third floor!! Ugh....I did a pizza buffet that night...NO GUILT....and still lost weight!!! Lol I tell my husband if I ever want THAT kind of work out again...I will just follow around moving trucks!!! Lol Hope another week in cleanse goes good for you!!! :)
