Yesterday I drank 48 ounces of water!!! I'm the water drinking queen of the world!!!!! lol. I don't really like to drink water b/c it makes my stomach feel sloshy or something, but I like how "clean" it makes my body feel. so i think I'll keep it up. down some poundage this morning, which is lovely. soon it'll take a lot more work to drop it, but I'm glad to see the numbers going down nonetheless. I think it has to do with all the salmon I've been eating. when I eat fish, I feel like cheese does not belong. i also tend to eat more vegetables b/c I feel like they compliment the flavors of the fish the best. makes eating healthy seem like the default rather than the effort it normally is for me. oh yeah, and I got back on the elliptical yesterday. lets keep it up!! woo hoo!
