This is insane! 😡 I haven't posted for a few days and part of the reason is that my weight is going through big swings over the past few days. The day to day changes have been pounds and as you can see, today represents a 2.6 pound increase 🥵 from my last weigh in.

I reviewed my diet and yesterday wasn't great but overall everything is the same. The one big difference is that I started going to the gym every morning. That can't possibly be the reason. I did injure myself on Wednesday and had to use a cane to get around and rested on Thursday (missed my activity minutes goal).

I need to change something so that my graph starts going the right direction.

Are you drinking plenty of water to flush water from your system? Are you getting in lots of Fiber to move things through?
