Another low record for the year. Not since October 2015 have I weighed less than this! I'm at a loss for words.
I did not even make the calorie zone yesterday, not even close and I was active but I was not expecting suck a big drop. I'm leery that I might have a big swing back but I am going to stick to the plan. Doctor check-up is on Thursday.
