I actually woke up and did a workout this morning!! Yay me! I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow and my shoulder is aching now, but I feel good. Now, if I can make myself keep doing this I'll be set. I haven't been eating well lately, but somehow had a loss. I think that is partly because I haven't felt well. I'll take the loss, and hope I can keep it through Christmas. My daughter's B-day party is on Saturday so we'll be having cake and ice cream then. I'm going to have to watch myself. And, we may not have as many people over as we thought, so we'll have left over cake. I'm going to try to bring some of the leftovers to work, that will help. I'm glad it's Wednesday, now we're starting on the downhill slide to the weekend. :)
