Well, it's not the yearly low but it does represent 25 pounds lost. I do have a couple of non-scale wins.
First my dress shoes fit way better. I never thought about weight loss and my feet. It feels great.
Second, my watch band, a magnetic loop, is closing much further around my wrist. it only has two inches of band left. That represents about 3-4 inches lost in those areas.
Finally, I'm going shopping this weekend to see if I am at a new pant size. My pants have been falling down throughout the day causing me to constantly adjust. I think this is because they are too big. This happens across all my pants.
So non-scale victories for the win!
