Well, I get an F in diets. I get an F in sticking to diets. Today feels like a good day, but just when I start to lose, I get over confident and eat whatever I want to. It seems like that anyhow. So here I sit. WOndering which way of eating I can do for the next 7 days. Which one will I choose today? Well Ive prepared myself for low carb, low cal..we will see where that goes.

I gained 2 pounds by eating a lot of chocolate and about 3 slices of salty oily fattening pizza hut pizza. It always goes well going down, but that feeling of disgust looms over me soon after. I think I prefer being miserable dieting than being miserable failing.

Weak people dont succeed. So I sit here with my 80 calorie salad and coffee hoping I dont screw up again today.

Life is good! I am blessed to be able to struggle daily. It builds character, right? At least this is ALL I have to struggle with. Other people in general are not as lucky.

Yep, it's called self sabotage. A wise woman once said, the scale is NOT your friend. You either see a gain that puts you in the dumps or you see a loss and feel you can indulge a little. Ya know, the whole lifestyle thing is true. It can't be a diet, you've got to figure out what you can eat AND maintain your goal weight. Give it some thought and see what you come up with!

Don't feel bad. I really screwed up today at lunch and I think we should just put it aside and keep going. We have the whole weekend to make up for it. Plan ahead thats the key.

I feel more miserable failing too. The problem is I fail and diet at the same time. LOL.
