I have a feeling the fluctuation is mostly water. I've decided I want to weigh myself every day. I also bought a jump rope ^__^ I plan to start doing a morning workout with stretches before I go out, and I'm trying to motivate myself to ride my bicycle EVERY DAY, even if I don't leave the house. Except I've got some saddle sores, so I walked the dog today instead.
