Well, the doctor milestone had been reached. I've been given a clean bill of health and they recorded an 18 pound weight loss. That is great. The reason for the discrepancy is time of weigh in and clothes on during the weigh in. Next appointment is in December and I'm hoping to more than double the weight loss by then.
Next milestone is sub 280 and then sub 278.
