Yep you guessed it, it is another record low for the year. I beat the previous low by 0.2 pounds.
Today I go shopping to see if I have dropped a pant size. I am almost certain that I have as all my pants (jeans and dress) tend to fall down. If I have, that will be a great non-scale win.
