Getting ready for the wedding in such a short time showed me that it is possible to do this if I stick to it. I lost 3 pounds in a week and a half just by eating better, more often, and at more acceptable times, plus MOVING.

By also setting the goal of getting my house clean and completely organized during the same 4 months, I know that I will be getting more movement in the day than I normally do; however, I do need to find the self-discipline and determination to do actual exercises each day to help with toning as well as weight loss. I have machines to use, and I have a floor for exercising on. What I don't have any longer is children in the house providing an excuse for why I'm not just plopping on the floor to do the exercises a few times a day.

I can do this. I WILL do this.

You and I both!! This is the time to make it stick - especially after realizing that I've been trying to lose weight since 2011 :-( I find it hard to imagine that I went from 147 in 2011 to 134 tin 2017 to 160 in 2019!! No more 1 step forward and 2 back for me....

I know what you mean. I signed up here in May 2015 at 174. In September of that year, I had gotten down to 166. That was my lowest. Since then I stuck in the 170s until January of this year when I went into the 180s and have only been less than that ONE time. I am currently 24 pounds OVER the weight I was in September 2015. 24 pounds. Ugh!

well, I have been forcing myself to walk each night - I sure hope it gets easier! lol The problem with moving, working and exercising more is that I feel like I'm hungry all the time....
