Feel so bad today ate alot of wrong things ate how I feel I am an emotional eater its so bad any help ??

I think the first thing is recognising that you are an emotional eater. (I am too.) Being on a diet for a month, I am mindful of what I am eating and why I am eating. It helps to count all my calories and eat at set times. I have a set amount of snacks and that is it. It means I can not eat anything other than my planned snacks without guilt.
I find it was a vicious cycle. I feel bad, I eat, then I felt worse... I feel much better being on a diet so less emotional roller coaster, and I can eat my planned snacks without guilt or feeling bad.
If I have a bad day where I eat more than my calories,I try to make up for it on the next three days. Some of the advice I got here was to have a cheat day. So I don't feel so bad if I fall off the wagon now and then. Its basically a 80/20 principle. Try to do more good than bad and do not be too hard on yourself. :)

Best thing about falling off the wagon is that It waits for you to get back, it doesn’t leave. So be kind to yourself, and when you fall off, get right back on again 🙌🏾

i have done this many times in my 4month journey and i have accepted i am human but what makes us stronger is we get back up so dont beat yourself up just get back up on that horse and carry on
