Today was a good day. In our apartments complex was pool opening, DJ, food, drinks, prizes . I ate piece of pizza, at home we grilled some hot dogs and I even drink beer. And it was around 1400 calories which is great.
I wanted to lose at least a little bit of weight. I started to be serious about it may 1. Was exercising every day. Trying to not go over 1300 calories. And here you go. For 18 days I lost 11 lbs. planning to reach my goal ASAP.
I started to treat food like something, what will help me to not die. And it really helps. Because I’m not feeling hungry like before.
