AUGGGGHHHH! I've entered into a plateau. it's especially frustrating since I've been super active. Yesterday was a lot of gardening in 90 degree heat.
Ok, breathe and examine last week. I was out of my normal routine last week and skipped breakfast a lot and was sick for a day (migraine). I ate more than normal from fast food places. I did not engaged in mindful eating. As stated earlier, I was extremely active.
So, back to a normal routine this week. Stop eating fast food so often. Breakfast is King to eating better throughout the day. Let's break the plateau!
