Optifast is delicious. I lost my first 10kg on it with two shakes per day and a normal dinner of an evening. I have diversified my food now that I am back in the gym, but use Optifast as my shake at work and on the weekends I use it as a base for my smoothies. At 204 calories per shake with all the nutrients you can’t go wrong.

im on week 3, im down almost 5kg i had a bad second week, but finding it great they taste great too, and iv learnt to control my cravings 99% of the time now and still have a little treat every week

Hi all thanks for the support from everyone. Well, it took me a week after I bought the boxes to start on Optifast (yesterday was my first day). I am replacing all 3 meals just for 2 weeks but I am adding a Tb of chia seeds to every shake because they expand in liquid and make you feel fuller. I won't be weighing myself for the next two weeks. I'm hoping for a nice surprise at the end.
