Well, it's a drop but still in the plateau range. I did eat better yesterday and feel better although I skipped mindful eating.
I wish I hadn't overtaxed my injuries at the gym. That has restricted me from doing much because it's my back, neck, and knee. I still move but not in a way that will help tone.
Ok, keep with the program and lose the weight to help the injured parts work less.
