Sorry, Buddies, I have not been doing well on watching what I eat lately. Lots of things going on in my life and my family's lives that I have been more concerned about. We lost a dear church friend suddenly and now a close aunt has been diagnosed with probable lung cancer. My concentration has been on others. Putting myself first and taking care of myself has been a low priority. Will try to do better.

Sorry to hear about your aunt and the loss of your friend... These times are always hard... but as Alideni says.. you must take care of yourself as well... so you can take care of the others... My prayers are with you... Take care..
