Ok, I dropped a pound. I did drink water yesterday meeting my intention. My muscles are still sore so today's intention will be to add the 1 liter of water to the normal and to take a long, hot bath after work to help soothe the muscles.
I am still in the plateau range. it has been going on for nearly the entire month of May. Following the trend of the first four months, I should be in the 270s or possibly the 260s. I needed to reread the article on plateau breakers and develop a strategy.
Doing a body scan, I am more sore on the left side of my body with the exception of lower back pain.
