Busy times - my official end date to the 800 calorie diet was last Monday - I have lost another kilo since, and had my bloods back - cholesterol down a whole point, but the best news was around blood sugar - back into the normal range, so GP is happy, but wants continued progress. Actually, she will get it - maybe not today (marking season is the worst, and where I have been good, I hope today will be the last day of it - tons to do). She says more exercise now - I will be on leave from the weekend, so not sitting at a computer, I do hope that will be far easier :)
