Update since my last journal entry... I am now the proud mother of three... my baby was born on 14 May 2019. I maintained my LCHF way if eating throughout my pregnancy and gained minimal weight. I'm 3 weeks post partum and already 3+ kg below my pre-pregnancy weight.
