Well, it's been a week since my last weigh in. I did peek once during the week so not a perfect don't look at the scale week but I am at a new record low!
I was shocked when I saw the scale as I was expecting either a slight decrease or the dreaded increase. So, apparently, I can lose weight without stepping on the scale everyday.
I did notice one negative thing abandoning the daily weigh in, I did not track my meals consistently and it was hard at times to remember what I ate later. I need to correct this without anchoring to the daily scale.
Ok. So very close to the next three milestone: below 280, 30 pounds lost, and less than 100 pounds to the goal weight. I can and will do this!
