I already see my beloved hazelnut creamer is a problem - must limit to one cup of coffee per day, I have been drinking 2 to 3 cups daily due to low energy and that is a problem for I would rather chew my calories than drink them! LOL

I figured out the same thing with my cafe mocha creamer. So now I have one cup of coffee/creamer, and I drink hot tea throughout the day. One of the teas I drink is called Zest-Tea (Pomegranate-Mojito), and it has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee for zero calories. And it works!
