196.4! Back down, by a decent margin. I'm only .6 lbs under last weeks weigh in, but I lost what I picked up this weekend and then some. :) My lowest weigh in in quite a few months. Decided to record my weight again, since yesterday's was a roadbump due to eating out all weekend.

Have a roaring headache today, but trying to get it under control long enough to work out. I have ground turkey in the fridge...either making meatloaf or turkey/black bean tacos for dinner....honestly, which one depends greatly on how well it is thawed out when I get ready to prepare dinner. lol Lunch will be trickier, taking the daughter to a movie tavern for lunch to see Cats & Dogs 2. Last time I had a plain hamburger w/veggies and sweet potato fries. That sounds heavier than I generally like to have for lunch, but will see what other options there are.

On the plus side, after my workout, I weighed 195.6. :) That makes me happy, even if it's fleeting. lol

Excellent job on the weigh-in! Hope your headache gets better soon and that you can make the most of the day.

Thanks Info! It's better already...the workout (and breakfast) seemed to help a lot. Had a couple of small whole wheat blueberry pancakes w/sugar free syrup. Good stuff! :)

Way to go!!! I always weigh more after workouts but I attribute it to the water I drink ... usually always a bottle, sometimes 2 if I am on the elliptical!! LOL!! You are 'on your way' again ... stay the course!!

madaboutmoose....I always drop after my workout, but it's temporary until I rehydrate. I usually drink about half a bottle of water before hitting the elliptical, but lose a lot of it while working out.
