Feeling really good today, I had booked an Aqua-Fit session last night and really didn't feel like going after a tough day at work but Mel went and we had a really great work out. It's so much better to have someone to go with as it motivates me to actually do something rather than just talk about it. Looking forward to going again soon :-)
