Today was the last day of my weightlifting program, SS8. I will post some pictures later but I think I had good results. The scale doesn’t reflect fat loss versus muscle gain and I didn’t take any measurements prior to starting. Still, I’m going to keep at it because I’m excited to see what the final “me” will look like.
