I completely over-did it during my trip to Buffalo this weekend. I was higher yesterday..but seem to have lost a bit of the weight over night. Well..back to my routine. I eagerly anticipate a weight of 125 by August's end. That will indeed be a nice birthday gift! Life is good. God is great!

I wish I could say that I only over did it on a trip, but unfortunately I've over done it for a while now. I have no doubt you'll get back to our 125 in no time...keep it up girl!
