I have truly failed at sticking to eating right, and exercising. My son in law passed away on Aug 22,2012 from pneumonia, and I have been very stressed trying to help my daughter, and grandson cope. Life has just been turned upside down. I know I need to get focused again, and stick with it. I will feel so much better in the end. Please everyone please pray for me, and my family. God bless....
