So....I have not been following ANY kind of plan recently... Eating whatever I want, when I want and it has definitely bit me in the butt... I am back today... More ready than ever and have a friend at work that is going to do this with me so we can hold each other accountable and stay on track. I know I can do this. I keep falling off but I am never going to succeed if I don't keep getting back on right..? I have to stop w/ the negativity for one thing. I get down on myself and sometimes I just get complacent. I know that I am able to do anything I set my mind to. Its just my mind that is the problem. I love the support I get on here, I just need to make it a point to login here every day 3 times a day and read posts to get some inspiration and to give the love and support that some of you need as well. I am not giving up. NOT EVER!!
