New low. Looking at the full site, which I rarely do, I realise I've now lost more overall than I actually weigh now... Didn't think I'd see that day. I am kinda ambivalent cos its a glass of water this way or that, but overall, yeah I can say I'm pleased not to be where I was. I never want to be 111 again. I never want to be that out of control, that sad, that hurting, that unhealthy - but in so many ways. But I don't want it to go the other end either.
