Finally! In the past two days the scale has started to do that thing where it drops all at once. This morning it said 215.8, but i went ahead and recorded 216 because I hadn't eaten anything and I didn't want to be upset if it was up in the 216 realm tomorrow. But Still, 216 means I've lost my first ten pounds! Hallelujah! Another 7-8 and I should be able to wear my prac clothes again! I started my second week of couch to 5K yesterday. 1.5 minutes seemed like it was 3 times longer than 1 minute! I'm looking forward to building up some endurance though. In two weeks it will have me running in 5 and 8 minutes spurts....I feel weak at the very thought of it.
