Hah! That big ol' meal late last night and I still dropped!
To explain this a little more in-depth, here's what happened:
- woke up yesterday at 159.5 - before dinner @ 11pm, I weighed 158 - before bed @ 12:30, I weighed 162 (lots of water)
Basically, I only lost 3lbs overnight and most of that was water. Nothing special. We all do it 👍🏻
I have a 4-foot tall Japanese maple to plant soon and about 30 square feet of clay in my yard to amend to make it fertile today before work. Tons of digging and large root pulling, so probably a loss by tomorrow too.
