Sucks you got ripped apart. umm I dont dry fast for me that's extreme. But I do extreme things too that aren't recommended but for me feel right. Like I just stopped taking all meds cold Turkey. It's been about a month I guess and I'm fine. I also intermittent fast. Sooo do you bra💪
