Update... since the 14th of May, I am now the mother of three kids 😍 I am so proud of myself for eating well throughout my last pregnancy. I only gained about 10kg all of which I had lost by the time baby was 9 days old. I'm now in the final stretch to getting back to my goal weight and look forward to maintaining it.
