Still going nowhere slowly...had a couple of unstable weeks, experimented with various daly calorie limits and trying to find what works best with my lifestyle. Today I dug out my old 2017 diet that was set-up by my dietician, and realized I should cut some more off my daily calorie intake. So, instead of following that plan again, I am using it as a guide and ideas for meals - counting calories on FS gives me much more freedom to eat a bit of everything....so lets see what happens. 🤞🏼 New daily limit 1300 kcal 😱 I feel hungry already! 😂 💪🏼 Lets do this! 🤛🏻
