so I have to do something....every other day I'm down then I'm up. this is where I normally give up...but I'm not going to this time. I have to do something different. maybe I'm not eating enough, maybe I'm eating too much. going to try and eat a little more today then less tomorrow. maybe I need to shock my system. trial and error right? again I didnt want to log my weight today but I made myself cause I want to be able to look back and see that it wasnt an easy journey...dont get this fat again lol happy hump day all! 9/11 forever in our hearts

Eerin9, I have had a similar problem, stuck at just above the 200 mark for over a month--and I was only eating about 800 calories a day out of recommended 1350. I finally resorted to Premier Protein shakes--that brand has 30 grams of protein each compared to 15 in most others, and 160 calories. I did that for two days, then 1 shake and one small meal yesterday and I am down over 4 lbs. Suggestion for a snack---blueberries. Eat them one at a time and 1 cup lasts a long while! DON'T GIVE UP--YOU CAN DO THIS.

It's definitely trial and error until you find what works for you. I know for myself and my slow metabolism I need to stay active and walk daily to help speed up my metabolism then I go on a steady decline. Sometimes I think it's normal to fluctuate few pounds. At least I know I do.

Don’t give up!😊😊 up you’re calories with healthy foods. More water, green tea, switch up an activity and keep logging. We all fluctuate every day we can go up or down 5 pounds or more or less. Pick a time idk like 2 hours after waking up. Only check it once a week if causes upset or twice a week. Absolutely trial and error. You got this🤗

Thank you all! You all keep me going and help so much. The past two days I've been a walking machine lol. (Back to school nights carrying a 10.5 month old to 8 different classes sucks but my steps were happy) I probably didnt eat enough but theres just no time lol today I'm gunna take it easy for a little and eat a little more. Helps that I am super tired today...but I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!
