I'm really surprised that my weight stayed the same. I've been having lunches (bad ones) & feeding my sick body & on top of that I have shark week next week. Maybe that was all my body needed. Some re-feeding.

Take it easy, it's been a really bad one. Don't let it get out of hand. I know of one guy who was down with his flu for 2 weeks. He is one of these types who doesn't even take a day off.
