When I stated working out again I gained some weight back but the inches stayed off. Today I'm starting the oatmeal diet. The first week is only oatmeal it is going to be hard just eating oatmeal but this weight is taking to long to loss. So if that means only eating meal for a week I'm all for it. And we really don't have the money for any thing else. The best thing about oatmeal is it is filling.
