It's been a while since I've checked in. It feels like I've struggled recently but looking at my last weigh in it's showing over a lb a week loss, so not bad at all. I probably now just need to accept that it's going to get a lot harder and slower as I approach my goal weight. I'm at my lowest weight in at least 15 years.
