this week was a bit tough as its very busy at work at the moment so didn't make it to gym😐 now I feel the flu coming on, so need to take it slow till I heal* My aim is to prioritize self care and listening to what my body needs so if I need to rest I will do that. Will be keeping a close eye on my diet to ensure I dont pick up weight and to eat lots of immune aiding micronutrients to help the immune system along☀️
