Week was easier, however I find it very difficult to keep up with the low carb diet when on the run! I have to really plan ALL my meals ahead of time. Yesterday my diet was consistent with low-carb and very low calories (not by choice), but mostly not healthy choices because I was on the go all day.

It's tough when you're busy. School started here yesterday, and I was so thankful I had planned out meals ahead of time, or I probably would have been eating fast food. Try planning out at least a few days ahead if you can...it helps a lot!
