I don't usually post two days in a row, but I'm excited to get down into the 2teens. After my head injury, two years ago, I gained 45 lbs., so I'm currently working on getting back to where I was on 11/06/17. I'm 6 pounds above that number, so I won't hit the anniversary, but moving in the right direction. It's been a good week on strict keto.
