I am back again since last summer, and will once again TRY to stay the course and do the "homework". I have only the best experiences with Fat Secret. LIFE took me away form my dedication to this job and I am finally feeling like I can handle this little addition to my everyday routine. I have gotten OLD AND LAZY in the last 9 years and I think that I can't believe that THIS IS REALLY ME. Wondering if there are any other OLD ladies here who are shocked by this sudden decrease in my expectations in EVERYTHING. Am I missing something? I am interested in hearing what others think, especially since I don't expect anything, we are not friends, we don't owe each other anything and this is a NO FEAR site. We can be honest and helpful. Hoping some of the people I followed in the past and that success has followed all of you.

I'm new here..but I can surly feel changes in myself..I am 69..have been a happy, easy going, busy and family person..doing things at my home with family and others too..but today I'm not planning to do thanksgiving at my house..ive been sad & heavy hearted today, set in the swing and cried! Now..all that being said..I'm usually a cheerful,loving caring person..very positive..but yes I can see and feel my life changing..but still I am very blessed!
