Sighs... just cannot get in to journal at work with this quality audit going on... I journal what I eat religiously I eat tons of meat, fish, eggs cheese and nuts and stay away from everything else..especially since the challenge began... so it was a successful first week in that regard and yet only a .6lb loss... (thats poohbags!) This audit thing finishes tomorrow afternoon...
