I know that the weight loss is due to my change in my diet and my calorie intake is less. I haven't kept track on my food journal as much because the focus is more in prayer and staying on the fast. As I change from the inside out I hope that when I break the fast on Friday that I what I learned will transfer in my lifestyle regarding food.
